Jacqueline Paolino Gadigian
Founder
Jacqueline Paolino Gadigian is a dynamic force in the music industry and beyond, seamlessly blending her passions for empowering women, promoting holistic wellness, and advancing social and political activism. As the founder and creative director of Serenity Music Org, a nonprofit dedicated to creating music projects that inspire action for causes such as mental health, women’s health, children’s well-being, veterans, elder care and environmental sustainability, Jacqueline exemplifies the transformative power of art in driving meaningful change.
Her flagship initiative, the WOMB Music Project, is a multicultural album tuned to 432 Hz, designed to support the journey of motherhood and facilitate postpartum healing. Created by women and mothers who have experienced trauma, upon completion, the project will intertwine soothing music with storytelling through a blog and coffee table book, and a multimedia experience, fostering calmness and reducing anxiety. With ambitions to expand Serenity Music’s reach, Jacqueline is planning future projects addressing PTSD in veterans, grief in children, dementia care, and traumatic brain injury recovery, reflecting her connection to these challenges.
Jacqueline’s career is marked by her versatility and drive. In her previous role as Head of Sponsorships at Mamas in Music (MiM™), she championed the voices and well-being of mothers in the music industry, forging strategic partnerships and driving advocacy for parental rights. As a mother to two daughters, Jacqueline demonstrates that motherhood is not a barrier but a source of strength. She completed her master’s degree while pregnant with her first daughter and built her nonprofit while pregnant with her second.
With over seven years of experience in marketing, event curation, and business development, Jacqueline has established herself as a formidable networking force, collaborating with organizations such as Sound Mind Live, Red Hot Org, and Sweet Relief Musicians Fund to amplify mental health awareness and equity in the arts.
A lifelong learner, Jacqueline earned her Master’s in Music Business from NYU in 2023, completing her thesis on the intersection of the music business and psychedelic therapy —while eight months pregnant with her first child. Her innovative thinking continues to inspire new frontiers in the industry. She also served as an advisor to Serif, an LGBTQ+ digital media company, and currently is a board member at Spinach Records, a mental-health-focused record label, driving inclusivity and equity within the music industry. Performing as Jacqueline Paolino and under the moniker Shira Lucé, she has released music reflecting her authenticity and creativity.
Through her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to societal change, Jacqueline continues to leverage music as a vehicle for healing, empowerment, and transformation, leaving an indelible mark on the industry and the world.
